There seems to be a lot of property on the market at present where people are looking to sell their own property and buy another - upgrading or downgrading. 

Many of the people offering houses for sale are looking to buy condos which offer so much in the way of convenience especially when it comes to maintenance.  Condo prices start at around $450,000 with maintenance fees of around $200 per month.

By the time you add up all the costs of insuring your home, painting and landscaping etc the monthly condo maintenance fee that you pay is reasonable - and someone else has the headaches of dealing with the tradesmen!
